Does posting a campaign cost anything?
No. Posting a campaign and reading the applications is free. You only pay when you want to unlock a creator and start talking to them.
What are credits?
One credit unlocks one applicant's contact details and opens a chat with them. Founding businesses get 10 free credits. After that you can buy credits in packs.
How do I know the creator numbers are real?
For creators who have connected Instagram, the followers, reach and engagement come straight from Instagram. They are not screenshots, so they cannot be edited.
How does escrow work?
As soon as the deal is locked your money moves into escrow. The creator delivers, you approve, then the payment is released. If the work never happens, the money stays yours.
Can we run barter campaigns?
Yes. Plenty of smaller businesses pay in product or service. There is no escrow fee on barter, and the shipment and proof of post are tracked on the platform.
