What is an unlock credit?
Posting a campaign is free and so is reading the applications. When you want to talk to an applicant, one credit unlocks their chat and profile. So you only spend on the creators you actually like.
What does the 8% escrow fee apply to?
Only cash deals that go through escrow. On a Rs 20,000 deal the service fee is Rs 1,600. In return you get payment protection, a deal record and dispute support. No fee on barter deals.
Do credits expire?
No. The credits you buy are yours until you use them. We are not the kind of company that hides things in the fine print.
What if the creator never replies?
If there is no reply within 48 hours the credit is refunded automatically. Quality is a responsibility on both sides.
Is launch pricing final?
This is launch pricing and it is locked for founding members. Rates may rise later, but whoever joined first keeps their rate.
